Prevent constipation! Drink plenty of water. Eat less of processed sugars (bread, biscuits, cakes, noodles, roshi). Eat plenty of fibre containing foods - rice, vegetables, food grains.


Perform warm-up and cool-down exercices before sports activities (e.g. football, Bashee) to prevent sports related injuries.


Avoid cigarettes, betel nut and tobacco chewing. Opt for healthy alternatives - carrots and fruits!


For all those with knee pain - avoid offering namaz on the floor, offer them sitting on a chair nstead, avoid sitting cross legged, use the english style commode and avoid squating. Visit GRH for further advise and treatment.
